About Collaboration
Pabst Blue Ribbon commissioned me to create a mural that would stand out as a landmark against Miami’s tropical landscape. We chose a spot just outside Wynwood, the arts district here in South Florida. Creating an over-sized mural has many challenges including the best way to get up and down and across the wall while in the production phase. This time we used a rolling scaffolding which ended up be a great full-body workout.
Along with the mural, we also memorialized the piece by hiring a film crew to capture the creation of it and released a high quality t-shirt that played off of the deconstructed logo I came up with. The shirts ended up being really popular and the mural has become one of my signature murals in Miami.
